The criteria have shifted over time, but I'm sure not sitting on the sidelines.

Society is becoming increasingly dependent on credit to make purchases and financial decisions.

Higher prices and interest rates have dramatically shifted the mortgage capacity of buyers in recent months. 

Maybe the market shifts, as it has dramatically in 18 months, and luck out and can actually beat projected rents with no capital spend because of supply and demand.  

We've all been seeing a lot of lenders adjusting guidelines and terms around in response to the market shifts. 

San Diego home prices have seemed high for at least 40 years, but $1M average price just makes the "sunshine tax" very apparent.I recognize it is not cheap to live in an area that has the climate of San Diego, but society needs service people.

Why let rampant racism win by empowering a society that is unaccepting of new cultures and forces minorities to succumb to their racist norms? 

I can explain that to him, but his mindset needs to shift drastically if he wants to think like he's the bank.
