Hi Jon,Not especially, merely that those who have purchased multiple, high-end properties (of which I am neither) prioritized scenic views and chef-quality kitchens over buyers who also have equal amounts of money but are "newer" to these purchases tended to prioritize glitz and farkles.

Then once a day, or every other day, I sift through the calls and prioritize callers.

Wholesaling requires A LOT out of you both mentally and physically.
