The doc stated there are 3 open liens:-2 small open lien dated before the house was built-the mortgage lien on the houseThe strange thing is the open liens are dated before the builder sold the house. 

I spoke with this gentleman and told him I'm scheduled to close on said date, he says OK get an extension and I will see the property, this was extension number two.

They love being able to auto pay online and I love that I can see they have scheduled payments.
