It doesn't have to be every 2x4 and nail. 

There may be a cap on the new rate too.So, run the scenario five years from now with a new interest rate and (presumably) some rent increases.

They spend too many resources for growth and not enough on systems and process:( Nailed it.They spend their money to hire salesmen and on marketing to market their company to potential future clients, not on people to actually manage the properties they have or advertising their client's properties to prospective guests.

The other was when a car (uninsured) ran into a house and we had to fight tooth an nail to get the claim paid.

I have been tinkering with podio with some time now and you hit the nail with this automation process!

Although I consider several small nail holes in the wall for hanging pictures "normal", I do not consider 1/4" holes for lag screws as normal nor a 3x3" cut out for passing cables.

What am I doing in the time before hitting the first nail ?
