The valuation process begins with identifying the highest and best use of a property, as I have mentioned in other forums, and only looking at a property in it's "as is use" and condition can be a mistake if you want higher profits.

In an attempt to invite my local colleagues to a local event, it was very difficult to remember by heart who is local and who is not, especially considering I have over 400 colleagues.I would like to suggest that the invite colleagues area have the city/state location next to the names to help identify that thety are local and make it easier to invite all the locals so nobody is left out.
