I guess my point was the ROI was good there based on 2021 home prices, but Matt was talking about looking there in 2024. 

If they are showing you multiple homes, consider their time as well, and their desire to be compensated because it is their business too.In San Antonio, I pay an annual and quarterly fee for MLS access.I wish you all the best.

It wouldn't be apparent to those viewing your listing so inquirers may be unaware until they actually book and stay in the home.

If you want to move from your current home to a new one in five years, you don't have to do anything to go bigger and better then.

Ask your personal insurance agent (the agent you use for your property insurance and for your personal home, car, etc...) what they recommend for liability coverage in your rentals. 

Do anyone have any pointers / tips / cautions on the commercial loan world?
