You can mitigate sound between floors by removing sheetrock, installing insulation, applying metal strips and thicker sheet rock, but thats a costly upgrade.

It will depend on your goals as an investor if that is something you are interested in.Other areas I hear are good is: Kansas City, Columbus, Little Rock, MemphisGood luck! 

Have you givin any thought about reworking it into a membership spa, with rub downs, heated rocks, aromatherepy, etc... and try todraw the financialy better off couples crowd, weight loss, dieting, extras like that???
