Once you have that deal, you can find a cash partner by going to your local REI club, checking out the marketplace here, or just doing a Google search for hard money in your area.

Id recommend setting up some keyword alert for "Maryland" whenever its mentioned you will receive a notification.

It is that full and the guy doesn't advertise, except sometimes on CL, it doesn't even show up on google maps when searching, not in the phone book either.
