Hey All,Does anyone have a formula/process for price per door when looking at a hotel to apartment conversion project?

I have 35 door townhome complex that goes for rezone vote tomorrow. 

My contractor is willing to install either a shower door or a curtain.

The problem I am running into is how do I budget for my reno?

The moral of this post is for sure run the numbers on each and every deal, that is if an agent is getting you the deal, the wholesaler or a partner.
