Ask your lender how easy it is for them do do non-warrantable loans...and what restrictions they have with those.Plenty more issues...like neighbors, rules, trash on the wrong day, parking issues, leaks above you, your unit leaking into unit below, pets, and so many others.Lots....well --different animal....you have to have a lot more cash typically as most lenders only allow you to have limited leverage.
