Also I’m not sure what applies in your case but some of them have rules that you have to own as an individual not as a corporation or LLCCentury Village in Boca Raton for example will let you own if you are under 55.

Rates get even better for 5M and up; when I was still at corporate we used to borrow from a local bank short term money for 1% below 30 year fixed! 

I don't want to keep putting all my properties in the same corporation that I'm running my business out of.

I can check that “downtown experience” off my list now for sure and find my happy medium, that I OWN and hopefully figure out how to REI myself out of the corporate rat race one day.

The info hording that you see in the corporate world, it not so much a thing for entrepreneurs. 

So, I’d rather get one set to be somewhat protected from that “corporate veil”.
