Having been through the dotcom boom and bust, I mean, a guy making $75K a year and getting a BMW signing bonus for knowing HTML (which I think I learned in 3 days when Tim Berners-Lee first published the spec) screamed to me that something bad was coming.  

Is it ethical and legal to offer my realtors a $1,000 bonus if they can sell by the end of the year (within say plus or minus 10% of listing price)?  

If able to do showings that would be a bonus but not a requirement as I can still handle those as they ccome up.

Currently providing insurance for over 12,000 families, and responsible for insurance on $3.7B of property exposure in Texas. 

Account Closed I see that you are a realtor and already have exposure to investors and flips and such.  

But the amounts and such depend on your overall exposure. 

The primary goal of this exercise is to give you added exposure to the lending or investing process during the early stages of creating a new business.

@Jonathan Larson It's just a matter of exposure.  

Added bonus is that this way she'll have taxes split up.... some now, and some when you sell.  

And of course anything lower is a bonus.
