That's due in part to no professional standards, no governing body, no licensure or accreditation, etc.

Not successful real estate investors as far as I know. i used to swim near lake tahoe too near these freezing river, the body needs 8 minutes to get used to the cold water , but that was like three years ago.i meant before the invention of hot shower i think it's natural for our body to adapt to the cold plunge lol

Most new investors disregard the most important aspect of Real Estate... location and start walking through places that look like S*it, smell like SH*t, and will most likely have returns like Sh*t, but their spreadsheet says otherwise.

@Yiming Li If the dog stays indoors, they will scratch the floor/carpet, rub their face on the corners of the walls, fleas, piss on the carpet, dog hair, and the smell of the dog will be in the house.

It is also very damaging to clothing and carpeting, the human body, and the environment.

I smelled cigarette smoke the second I entered the front door! 

This means the ruling body will set the rules about what you can and can't do with your property and that can change at any time.
