Advice in general?

They have paid rent at $1100 every month.I don't want to deal with fixing this.Does anyone have advice for me?

Hey Robin, I can't give you specific advice because everyone's situation, risk tolerance, etc. is so different.

If I sold the unit today, I will walk away with $100K in profit after agent commission etc.Given I cannot offset rental losses ($26K) against W2 (not a RE professional), any advice re: thoughts below:1) sell the rental in the next 3 years (under the 5 year and 2 as a primary occupant) to avoid Capital Gain.

Looking for advice on vetting properties that are good or bad candidates for doing a pop top on.Is there an age limit to a home that you want to stay under when doing these?

@Jessie Dillon sometimes your financing will have requirement for this but I would absolutely recommend following every financial planner/advisors advice here - have 3-6 months of reserves saved up at all times.
