Pottstown was a dump when I was growing up, and has been on a steady decline for at least 40 years that I know about.

Account ClosedTire Kicker tendencies appear, but I push thru.....or maybe we can be combinations with slower progression...I do manage my own, but at some point plan to release to PM....

I think (getting licensed to) providing expert advice to people that have the problem of "too much money" will remain a very solid skill for as long as progressive taxes will be levied to the "rich".

This may not seem much to most but I am very proud of my progress.

There could be some great path of progress coming there with stadium plans etc...I have seen some deals there that could work if you are up for being in a pioneer stage.Good luck with your search!

I'll be following with interest as it progresses. 

Most likely they will know people who are steady, long-term contractors of a particular trade.

The slow steady drip makes me think it's the drain line for the air handler.

It's tougher because the inventory is low and sometimes the market can be thin but if the town is in a boom due to new jobs than yeah.I live in a small town myself and the inventory is very thin but the market is steady some good deals around here.
