Every time a Realtor listed a property in MLS for rent, it would appear on Zillow as well as other sites such as Realtor.com unless the agent "opted out"(That feature is not available in all areas)Why the change for Zillow? 

I know the obvious things you look for in a good deal; location, ROI, minimal repairs etc...What are some of the unexpected features on houses you have bought that have paid big dividends? 

Use the BP Insight feature, rentometer, apartment.com to figure out rent rates and crunch crunch crunch like PAC-MAN on data. 

Also, boilers can be very expensive to replace when they do break down.I want central AC to be a standard feature in all of my rentals so I decided to install ducted central heat/AC in these two apartments.

There used to be a link to their crime mapping feature on their website, but no longer. 

The digital moderately priced ones (under $100) have a lockout feature, so no one can change the temperature other than you.

@Senate EskridgeLove to get your 2 cents on the review and approx cost for each and if one has added features over others.

When I used to flip I would study the competition, add some slightly nicer features, stage, hire a professional photographer, and price 20% above where competing properties were selling.
