Am I doing something wrong or does everyone pay $100+ per SFH rental on Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors?

Am I right?

So my questions break down into a couple parts:1) No matter where i form my LLC if I am a California resident conducting real estate transactions in other states, am i conducting business in CA?

So you take what you spent on that 1 month of SEO out of your paycheck and you split the rest of that money in 2. 1 half continues paying for the SEO efforts, and the other half goes back into driving traffic to your site manually (and more and more am I leaning towards FB ads).Now you are set.

IREM is a good resource for PM stuff.There is really a lot out there and it's also good to put yourself in the other persons shoes - whether its a banker, lawyer, another investor, etc. and ask yourself, "Will this person take me seriously or am I just wasting time for the both of us?"
