Happy to share my experiences.

Of course, some complaints will be justified, others not, but if they readily share complaints about where they currently live, they'll likely find similar issues at your property, and might not be worth the headache.We then have them fill out a standard application.

House hacking a 4-plex is an option if you don’t mind more shared walls and mixed income neighbors.

Don't be afraid to go that route when sharing that someone has passed. 

I know @Remington Lyman has had a pretty good list of growing/appreciating areas that I'm sure he'd share.

With rates on the rise, it's more important than ever for us to brainstorm and share ideas on how to navigate this challenging landscape.

Especially looking to hear from anyone that has successfully attained this sort of goal and able to share their input.
