Private Money Loan vs Hard Money Loan ? 

Hi @Blake WilliamsI own a brokerage and have worked with most of the largest hard money lenders in our space and at a high volume level.

California does charge an $800 fee for the LLC and if it's NOT disregarded to you then you must file a tax return (more money.) 

I mean just look at those that get all nervous with EM deposits even though they are not going to lose the money ..

and they will offer up a different suggestion on what you can provide.Option 2 is to think about what else proves your existence... in my mind, previous tax returns certainly do that.  

A great investing agent knows those people and will have a goal of you making money so you come back to buy more. 

I took some money out of my 401 K to pay back some debts. 

This work great for 1031 investments and takes away the builder using the investors money to build the project.
