Saturdays and sundays for our cleaners are super busy so need to coordinate based on schedule.Our turn for back to back bookings is 4 hours 11am checkout 3pm checkin (4 hours despite unit size, larger units need bigger crews) Lost revenue and possibly lost bookings if you cannot coordinate all the time people need.Mulitples of everything, sheet protectors and all.

Smaller homes are slightly less profitable, since certain items are baseline regardless of home size (i.e. roof replacement baseline, 200 amp service, etc) and the spread on wrecks is not that great from a smaller to a larger home.

If the house you are looking at is very similar in size and condition to the house they bought for $140,000 just 1 month ago then that tells you right there that if you can get it for under $140,000 you have a buyer.

For a fee... you're looking at roughly 5-10% depending on the deal, the market, the size of the property...as every one will differ obviously and different companies have different policies, etc.
