I just had a 5 bedroom 2 bath single family home burn down.

And we lived in a neighborhood with single family homes for about 20 years. 

So, the summer market season has already come off it's peak.Below is a overview of single family homes on the MLS in the $150K - $210K range in the north Austin/ Round Rock/ Pflugerville area:Duplexes in these areas at the $150K - $210K range will be much harder to come by and will likely require some extensive rehab.I'll be in touch shortly.

I would bet you could find a pretty solid one online.

I agree the neighborhood is a bit rough, but my bet is that it will be lot better few years from now..Rodent control seems an ongoing issue..

I currently mortgage a FHA single family home which I plan on renting out soon I'm just not sure on what my next step should be on becoming an investor.

Or somewhere in Jackson Tn or Medina Tn, wherein there are single family houses that are fairly new.What do you think guys?
