(1/1’s vs 2/2’s etc.) are there different build types (brick/wood/stucco), different layouts (up/down, side/side, partially below grade.) do they collect different rents?

In 'lay person' terms- they don't understand the difference in crawl spaces vs slabs, the amount or quality of product in trusses, grade of wood in floor joists etc. and the price point differences that go along with it.

Over the last couple of years I have completed the clearing and grading of the property, it is ready for construction. 

Nothing holds up perfectly in those areas, but I think it has proved my business model with the less expensive grade plank flooring. 

How is the grading and topography around your house.  

I also make my own neighborhood grade map across all the major markets in Ohio. 

There could by 50+ questions (w/ background item etc) that do not need asking of the professional grade GP as they have already provided the due-diligence material for the LP perusal up front.

-What grade is the neighborhood (if B or higher, I'd lean more to keeping it, if C or lower, I'd lean more toward selling it)-What type of tenants will this property attract, and how much of a headache will it be to manage?

There is no definitive answer to A,B,C and D grade neighbourhoods.

It’s more of a long term wealth building strategy than it is an accelerator for investing in something like real estate.Many will focus on the CONS of a whole life policy not knowing there is a big difference between the “retail” whole life policies sold to the majority of the population versus the investment grade versions which are designed with a lower death benefit in order to allow for much higher overfunding contributions on an annual basis than a typical whole life policy.
