Plumbers have done everything from replacing the line to snake the clean out with no luck, but feminine products (specifically tampons) are pulled out of the drain and numerous calls to the city who in the previous 2-3 visits denied where their pipe responsibility starts.

Ever since then, I have been doing my own research on real estate investing and I cannot wait to actually get my feet wet and start investing.I look forward to learning and sharing with the BP community!

Splitting it into 3 lots should be an easy one, as long as everything else looks good (sewer/septic, utilities, etc.) and the costs to improve are reasonable.In northern California to split a parcel that had septic it was necessary to do 'wet weather testing" to determine how much water the soil could hold before becoming saturated, etc.

I have been told by numerous people that its a great deal and they just want to get rid of the properties.Hard money isn't worth it if you ask me.
