When I rented it out it was in her name....no mention of a boyfriend...The boyfriend has a history of apartment jumping---w/in the last 2 years he has been in 8 apartments that I found out about...I wonder why his name was not put on the rental aplication?

So basically 203k can be a win/win for everyone involved, including the agents if they calm down about the timing and realize that 3% of $450k is a bigger number than 3% of $300k.Make sense?
