Real Freedom!

I started investing two years ago with the goal to create financial freedom and generational wealth for my family and have already seen immense benefits from REI.

The Wealth Mindset & Real Estate Investing Meetup community was honored to have none other than Aaron Katz from Aaron Katz Multifamily educate us on "How to Build Wealth & Create Financial Freedom By Investing in Apartments."

My goal is Real Freedom and I want less complexity. 

Is it time freedom?

Thanks to the interest of my best friend, I began studying real estate as an investment class in the summer of 2020, with the intention of unlocking financial freedom for myself, to buy back my time.

I have been an avid listener to the BiggerPockets podcast so I finally decided to take the next step and get involved with the community.Just like most of you, I seek financial freedom through real estate.

Beginning of 2021 I had 1 rental and 1 personal residence with $250/mo in "passive income" (you'll learn nothing is truly passive) - fast forward to October 2022 - 2 rentals, 1 air bnb, 3 storage facilities with $7,000/mo in NET "passive income" - financial freedom at 26 with 7 figure NW!
