Investors work with you because they know your working to source deals for them. you have their interest at heart which they need to feel and rely on.

It's doable but be aware that paying interest on foreign-sourced loans and for sure having equity investors from overseas leads to increased compliance with the IRS.

But, if you can source discounted properties by helping to solve a seller’s problems, you can be successful.Good luck!
