Extremely unrealistic, especially if you don't have a serious marketing budget. 

Your sales background might help if you go into wholesaling and want to cold call annoyed people all day, but otherwise smart investing isn't really much about sales, its analytical and requires a tough skin and a sort of hunter's mindset. 

An easy example of this is making cold calls for agents to help them generate listings.Also a mentorship isn't like a dating app.

Now if one just needs paint and others need extreme rehab you can possibly get the one unit turned and rented while the others are rehabbed - I would make sure all major demolition/work is finished first so the tenants dont have to deal with that sort of extreme noise.Best of luck!

My wife has stories of washing dishes using a large tub, and taking cold showers with water borrowed from our neighbor's hose, during the time our water was off to redo the plumbing!

How would you guys go about this for someone extremely motivated to succeed, with no track record or portfolio.
