However, for those who plan to utilize the systems and tools mixed in with face to face relationships, the model is truly golden.  2400 agents to 8000 agents in less than 14 months, the numbers certainly don't seem to paint a picture of a company destined to tank at the first burp in the market.The growth has been through acquisitions, not through recruitment.

Cabin is off Sloperville Drive/Road in Albion twp, sounds as though its closer to the dead end section of that road.

We generate our own lists through driving for dollars, a public record of properties going into tax sale that you can probably Google for any city, and public records for inherited properties and evictions.  

@Jacob Price I see what you mean, that is a pretty good ROI for nearly no maintenance I was just comparing it in my head to if I put I home on it and the lower rent didn’t seem as appealing.And as far as access it is actually the corner lot on Coyote Trail and Fawnridge drive if you reference the area.

I'm sure in a 1-2 hour drive from your area you can find a similar situation that will work out much better numerically and that would be my advice.

Every day I drive past these really old houses that are screaming to be renovated, but most of the smaller houses in the area are being purchased by builders who are tearing them down and building new houses on the lots.
