Hey guys, this is my first real post, but I figured it's time that I start putting some content on here because now I know enough to give some decent advice, probably not the best, but I will help anyone out as best as I can.Some background: I am a 19 year old math major at University of Delaware, and I have been involved in real estate for about 6 months now.

A Delaware Statutory Trust is an exchangeable syndication and here you can invest in any property type.
