Ask your lender if they have a "free Refinance" program too after you add the value to the property.

Create a simple spreadsheet or written list to compare the features of each and identify the ones that align with your requirements.

If your property would still be comparable to the market, just wrap part of the cleaning fee into the nightly rate.

It's a little tough when you only have 1 property (because sometimes the entry-level fee charged seems high compared against 1 property.)  

I am a  lender but do not report to credit agencies does that mean the borrower does not have an obligation to pay me back?
