I agree that I would prefer to be able to live stream the footage on my phone, laptop, etc. but, like you said, CC is cheaper and can still catch the A-hole doing it.

You might do ok with a ductless system I mentioned above - they are cheaper (than a full-fledged central HVAC) and you determine how many (and which) rooms you install the AC.

A cheaper fair market value coverage for up to 6 months, not 12 months. 6 months I might use. 12 months probably (again, knock on wood) would be a very, very unlikely event. 

Of course pricing is a factor, I've learned that different styles of roof are cheaper to build than others..but in the long run what kind of maintenance will it take.I think too much..lol.Do you have a favorite "If I could build this and rent" floor plan?

Three bedrooms sells a lot faster and for more than two bedrooms in every market I buy and sell in and bedrooms are a lot cheaper to build.

Would it be cheaper and faster to use a business line of credit then hard-money?
