I think there potentially could be additional benefits down the line and in some select circumstances where I would negotiate my own deals, but I would not be inclined to do this regularly (if at all).

We will take care of all guest communication, listing details, cleanings, scheduling of repairs, confirming bookings, stocking supplies.

I would also question the $500 for getting the unit cleaned up unless it was just completely rehabbed. $500 doesn't go very far.

Once done, a competent CPA will quite often be able to file your S Corp and properly register it with the IRS.However, I've seen many occasions where I've had to go in afterwards and clean up the mess from improper filings.

(I will give you X amount towards your move if all personal items are gone, house is clean and completely empty by 5pm on 1/12). 

However I am not opposed to cleaning it up and flipping it if numbers make sense.

They are required to provide a clean title to you at closing.

I regularly engage my previous CPA and need someone I can actually bring documents to physically when I have questions.  

It's hit or miss, it really is a numbers game, you have to commit to doing it regularly for a long period of time, and not get discouraged when it seems that the only responses you're getting aren't really deals.But it can definitely pay off if you're willing to commit to that.
