This was extremely valuable when I lived overseas and needed to fund asset acquisitions and private placement offers, but now it’s just convenient to take care of banking matters wherever and whenever I please.

I’m 18 years old and live in Longmont Colorado and am currently trying to learn as much as I can about real estate.

Brokers may be unnecessary to some sellers in the current market; next year in a totally different market environment sellers may be begging brokers to list their properties.  

This is concerning because someone who urgently needs to live in a home can outbid us and submit their interest to the trustee, effectively pushing us out. 

My goal with that is to foster an environment where college students can better prepare themselves financially by improving their financial literacy and exposing them to different types of investments early on.

Especially if you removed living rooms to add bedrooms.

From the opinion of you all who live or invest near the Uptown area, is the crime really that bad?

I am a veteran myself living in Virginia.

Being about an hour away from Greenville (and hearing great things from friends who have lived there in the past) I am curious how the market is looking.
