Usually parks around military bases will allow renting more frequently than in other areas.With regards to your questions about creative ways to get around the ability to not rent in the community, this is something we should try to address without being sneaky.

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly real estate agent that covers the Brantford ON community? 

I am interested in finding SFHs and I also have a friend who is trying to unload a multifamily property in not so good shape. 

I have a friend of friend that is a pretty active flipper in KC that I will be connecting with but I wanted a broader perspective on KC too.
