I am new to real estate and wanted to get started house hacking.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

This runs around $600 in California but we've done that twice.

For those of you that setup a revocable living trust with your spouse/partner for your real estate LLCs and other assets such as bank accounts, did you setup a single revocable trust or separate trusts?

The only real opportunity for "surprise" is in a situation where the market is split between expecting different sizes of cuts.

I'd recommend diverisification, but if you do come across an exceptional opportunity in real estate or otherwise to be open to skewing in that direction.

Can you make a lot of money in real estate?
