Submetering (if passthrough billing is implemented) is also annoying - as well as if you have to transfer utilities to your tenant and back routinely.Was wondering - how large is this pain point?

Many of my clients jumped on this and it worked out well for them.

However, because they cash flow well, it can be difficult to get deals in those areas sometimes, but we come across them quite often. 

@Jacob RossTwo answers for you- more times than not - equal partnerships don’t work out nearly as well as going it alone.  

What kind of Loan do you all recommend and also any lenders or banks you recommend as well?

Bedroom was added onto the home as well.
