I does take a lot of energy and patience to sit tight and weight out the market cycles but I am more patient now than ever.

Not likely to happen but the whatever trillion in debt we already have is locked and loaded at a rate and not impacted by todays rate

Hello, I would like to say I’m not the most experienced at this, however I may bring something to the table as a newbie, so I’d say my statement has a fair weight to it as is: Beginning is extremely hard.

Actually...my general rule of thumb is that I wont buy anything with an HOA, or at least an HOA with a boat load of strict rules. 

Take the loads of information and advice you can get from BiggerPockets and run with it.  

Many courts give their precedence less weight than they would to other states decisions.

Or RVs but only under a certain height/weight, the nuances of an active PZ are maddening.
