Usually the 10 day window is used in an attempt to "set the sale aside" , as opposed to redeem, in an attempt to complete a short sale/loan mod, improper notification, etc.

If it's not worth my time to handwrite it for them probably not worth interacting with them...Although I've thought about buying 1000 business cards and throwing them out my car window as I go & seeing if I would ever get a response.LOL at the sponge business card but not sure I want someone washing themselves with my contact info.

I would NOT put in electric baseboard, it is the cheapest to install but very expensive to operate especially in older buildings with old windows and little insulation.I would recommend gas, especially since you already have separate metered gas for each unit.
