It's no surprise I've heard more than once that fast and reliable money, and lots of it, is more valuable than cheap money.

I didn't have money to spend back then, but do now.One hurdle I will face is with getting financing; I run my own businesses, which I tend to sell after a few years, so I have usually have no "reliable" income (e.g. income that I have for a couple years that is expected to continue for at least a few more).

I use it to remind myself of tasks to be done and where I'm supposed to be and when (it's more reliable than a wife).

I was hoping someone could suggest a reliable and timely foreclosure list for the Alabama market.

Thankfully I am halfway through the class for my license so soon I will not be forced to depend on the reliability of others.Thanks again!

I know that the MLS is the best route to find a list of comparable sells, but I was wondering if the "recent real estate sales" in local newspapers are reliable.

And talk about yourself too.You will be amazed at how productive these meetings are.Here are just some of the things that I have gotten out of these coffee meetings that have both motivated me, and saved or made me money:Other people are doing this and succeeding.Different strategies that are succeeding in my area (many different ones).What are the best areas in my city to invest in.A great, reliable, reasonably priced contractor.A local credit union that does portfolio lending at good rates.My accountant.My realtor (though I don't find all my deals through them).A buyer to wholesale a property to.Huge motivation!

I am doing flips in other markets also but must find  reliable general contractors. 

All the great guys are booked up and I have had to look elsewhere to find good reliable Contractor's.Been stood up waiting at a property and I am sick of it.

But, i can put down a few thousand, and I have a reliable, fairly decent job.
