The ones I bailed out I actually took ownership of.. and got them out of hot water. there was no room for a loan but enough equity for me to step in and solve the issues.. 

I'm glad to know people do have success with it in certain areas.

I have a higher nightly rate because I can sleep more people, my taxes and insurance are higher.  

So you may go through more people before you find someone hot for the unit to vet.

The second  problem is it is difficult to find people who will do preparation of the land for the mobile hand ,and also  I don't really know what is better/easier/cheaper...putting concrete pillars in the ground every 8 feet or putting down an asphalt or concrete slab.

Long story short, after two more calls and discussion with a resolution specialist we were told that our issue is the result of refunding a portion of the booking to people before getting a payout.

I couldn't imagine managing a property from out of state unless you had an extremely strong team of people in your market to help with showings, inspections, repairs, etc.

Except I didn't get sued by the Marion County Health Department; my timelines and the people are the same...

If she paid other people, you basically hired her as a GC.
