So until you list or need to refinance I'd be satisfied that you more than likely increased value and when you market for rent go out and look at similar size apartments in your area so you are in line with proper rents for your market.

Saturdays and sundays for our cleaners are super busy so need to coordinate based on schedule.Our turn for back to back bookings is 4 hours 11am checkout 3pm checkin (4 hours despite unit size, larger units need bigger crews) Lost revenue and possibly lost bookings if you cannot coordinate all the time people need.Mulitples of everything, sheet protectors and all.

Smaller homes are slightly less profitable, since certain items are baseline regardless of home size (i.e. roof replacement baseline, 200 amp service, etc) and the spread on wrecks is not that great from a smaller to a larger home.
