As REI stuff goes this is on the low end of the price scale so it's probably pretty good.

There are so many golden nuggets and financial wisdom in the Millionaire Mind book.Another stat that you may find interesting from Tom Stanley is that the value of the primary residence of a millionaire is less than 25% of his or her networth and scales up as the networth increases.Avg.

Ultimately trustee sales have risk to them but with proper due diligence and research can be one of the most consistent ways to scale an investment company. 

You don't want to find out after you close the deal that your partner wants to hold a property long term for his/her heirs and your plan is to sell in 2 to 3 years to buy in to larger scale property.

It's really a matter of scale.

I have seen a few other posts about growing quickly and scaling an REI business but nothing that quite addressed the quick tips in an easy to read format for how to get the snowball rolling after your first deal.
