I'd be willing to bet that I get more repeat business from agents than most people (our average DOM is 17 days and we often get properties under contract before they're listed, just from sending an email to agents who know our product), and the reason is that we treat the agents we like VERY well -- this includes bonuses, holiday cards, bagels/cookies for their office at random times, etc.Bonuses in-and-of themselves won't get your houses sold, but what the bonuses represent -- a great relationship where both sides are taken care of financially -- will definitely get your houses sold.Just my $.02...

All I could sign for was that I had a list of qualified buyers being represented by other agents due to the fact that I couldn't represent them due to the fact that I was now the seller in this matter.Nevertheless, when I posted to this thread, I was not answering about REO or short sales but rather giving a broad answer regarding a general wholesale deal.
