People, actively, doing deals might not want to train the competition, so, be ready for that. 

They usually go under training with EPA.

We do OJT's (on the job training) all the time. 

The link I posted will educate you if you read all the posts therein, to the point where you probably would consider the aforementioned paid training (I paid for it and I know what I came away with - PM if you want specifics) redundant or not needed.

I hadn't been monitoring these calls, because I expected him to be rocking and rolling after our training and training wheels period, and continue to build his skills. 

They spoke about their training system will teach you how to invest, i think at the end of the webinar for more info you would call them back and they would review their programs which cost a couple grand
