If you feel uncomfortable with allowing access to bank accounts, you can just send the bank statements at the beginning of each month.I personally do not like the pulling of transactions since this can get allocated incorrectly and this tends to make the person lazy in reviewing the expense codes.

We went through this with our cabin in McCall, Idaho last summer and even though the previous owners never had it, we learned that they had a system in place of keeping doors open in the morning and closing things up in the afternoon to keep it cool.

I'll post some pictures and/video tomorrow afternoon once I get back out there (either on this forum or another), and ask the right question for the time -- is it suitable for STR?

Posting it on Craigslist is lazy and not a good idea since the seller and/or their neighbors will see that you tied up their property and are just trying to make an easy 25k off of it without really adding value. 

Do not “waive” the protections set forth in the construction contract by being lazy and giving verbal approval for extra work over the phone, or otherwise not adhering to the construction contract.

Then I carried on to my afternoon appointments, with cobwebs and dirt scattered all over me.Luckily, my trusted HVAC guy was able to salvage the furnace with some new parts, and the water drained relatively quickly.
