The Lansing REI group is actually meeting this week on Thursday the 30th at the Lansing Brewing Company at 6 pm. 

They have a great group up there.

@Ribu Thomas Lifestyle's Unlimited is a REI group in San Antonio, Houston, and DFW that specializes in rental real estate.

Be sure to plug into your local BP community through meet-ups and investment groups.

If one were to setup a multi-member LLC with a group of people they aren't married too, I'd absolutely recommend using an attorney and a bookeeper who has experience with multi-member LLCs. 

(I plan to join the local meetup groups later this month)As far as personally, I'm the father to two beautiful girls, they are 10 and 11.

Some other features/amenities that my guest can do at my property that they can’t do at any hotel are: have pets and walk them right by the house, 421 legally, BBQ and have 20 friends and family over to celebrate a special occasion(way cheaper to do a celebration at my property as well), full kitchen access(saves even more money, especially with a family or multiple people in a group).
