In some cases they're exactly the same as your real estate investments just at a higher level, with professional management and marked to market.But I also like Syndications, P2P, bonds, notes, gold and oil and gas.The only one I would not invest in is Crypto-currency of any kind. 

BTW:  I have not seen a renter motivated to service the filter, drain water from H2o heater, lube garage chain, fix leaky faucet.

Keep in mind, the months that things are good will make it feel like your property manager is simply an "insurance policy" (meaning barely any issues to take care of, but PM is there to take care of whatever comes up) while other months PMs are worth our weight in gold (things break, tenants need things, some sort of maintenance needs to be scheduled / etc.).Good luck on your acquisition!

Tenant is a national franchise chain and they are doing well nation wide. 

I think it will be more prevalent in the future and we are just at the beginning of a gold rush, lots of opportunity, but scary also. 

Many people sign contracts to buy oil, corn, gold and other items with no intention of actually taking delivery of those items.

Honestly so much of this thread is a gold mind! 

Just like in the gold rush the money was made selling the pots and pans to the gold miners.and your results even though you have some leads then you need to figure out how good you are at converting said leads.. are you in a position to actually buy them or are you just trying to tie them up and flip them with only putting a few bucks up.. ???
