We made sure we were walking distance from a great park with beautiful waterfront views, trails that end up at the river with a little sand beach, so my dog swims almost every day, and I don't feel so cramped, like that park is part of my backyard, too.

Sometimes your buyer has time constraints too.In any case, your agreements to sell the relinquished property and to acquire the replacement property will be assigned to the QI with an addendum that the other party involved will have to sign, so sooner or later you have to get a signature.
