There are almost no aspect of real estate that I have not been apart in my 10 years in the real estate business.

We could potentially save a lot of money by doing most of the smaller aspects of building by ourselves.

You should definitely learn all aspects of your business first so you know exactly how you want things done so when the time comes you can teach others.

I think a lot of people focus on the "making money" aspect of buying real estate, but risk mitigation is just as important.

If it wasn't for the liability aspect, I probably wouldn't even most of the properties.
