The guys I use if I'm not doing it myself would charge ~$600-1000 to do that much space depending on if they have to do any drywall repairs, if you're okay just using primer coats for ceiling color (hint: you are) and if you're only using 1 or 2 colors throughout the entire rest of the house and they can spray it.

A lot of subdivisions around Morgan State have those, and they have very strict guidelines for outside remodeling projects that need prior approval, specific colors and styles of roofing, windows and paint.Good luck!

I stop counting how much I lost. but at the end of the day I made it through without BK or losing the company like most HML did and most builders as well. and we are back on track to making some good money these days.. and much wiser.. the day of the investor having no skin in the game is a thing of the past..

I suggest envolopes from you local dollar store and stamps books from the post office, they are cheaper when you by them in booklets.and if you have the list in a spreadsheet, color coordinate them every time the call Red, Green.

Now if you intend to possibly keep the property and later instead decide to wholesale it, I don't see that as dishonest as things can change, but what you represent initially should be what your goal is going into the deal.Some people do advocate the "keeping the seller in the dark" approach, personally I don't feel it's the correct way to do business though legally there is nothing preventing you from doing so.
